i just registered for a half marathon
omg omg omg. now it’s real and ima train and it’s going to be SO AWESOME. i am so excited. i have a ten week training plan and it’ll start on the 10th and it starts with 3 miles so i can totes do it.

things i’ve done this weekend
Last night I made lara bars with dates, pb, sunflower seeds, almonds, and chocolate chips. SO FUCKIN GOOD.
Today I went to the farmer’s market and got all of the kale and all of the tomatoes.
Then I went to the gym. I swam for half an hour (because they surprise closed the pool early) and lifted for about an hour.
Then I did laundry!
Then I MADE MY OWN RAW ALMOND MILK AND IT IS SO GOOD!
Then I made an appointment to get my tattoo next weekend!
Yay me!
Maybe I’ll do my homework now.

On Friday I ran FIVE MILES MUTHAFUCKAS
Also today I rock climbed for like 20 minutes because my friend works at the climbing wall, then I swam for an hour and lifted.
Also I made two bowls. I’ll take pictures of my pottery eventually.
Trying so hard to eat enough calories. If it turns out I’m not losing weight because I eat too little, Ima be so pissed.

- me: i had lunch with my mom today
I’ve decided to go gluten-free for October to see what happens.
There has to be a legitimate reason I can’t lose weight. I will find out.
In other news, my mom told me I look buff. LOL. But actually I have lots of muscle these days and it’s awesome.
back to positivity
I’m sick of being sad all the time, I’m sick of hating myself, and I’m done with it.
Productive things I did today:
Lesson planned for my Spanish class (I teach a third-grade class for an hour a week)
Went to the farmer’s market and got tomatoes, peppers, some gourds for fall timez, onions, and all of the kale
Went to trader joe’s and got all of the yummy vegan things including avocados, pb, and hummus
Got some cold-weather running clothes
Made homemade lara bars with medjool dates and peanut butter! So easy and so tasty!
And today’s supposed to be my rest day but I’m feeling energetic so I might do the 30 day shred rull quick. OH and my mom gave mer her Polar heart rate watch that she doesn’t use anymore. I’m so excited!
I will be happy.
4 miles today :) it was glorious. i can’t wait to do 5!
and dinner is a smoothie made with strawberries, banana, mango, peach, apple, KALE, and soymilk! yummy.
I ran 3.5 miles today. I wanted to/ could have run more except I had lentil belly.
